Emotions - Love or Fear

Life is about experiencing good & bad, positive & negative, and that’s why we are here – to experience and to learn from our experiences. Our experiences bring out the emotions in us and we react and behave based on how or what we feel.
The two basic emotions we experience are Love and Fear. All other emotions come from Love or Fear. It is not possible to control what we feel. If you don’t like someone’s behavior or a job or a hair style or a study subject then you just don’t like it. But you can learn to live peacefully with your emotions and release them in the right way.

So we always have a choice to act in Love and not in Fear no matter what the situation is.

But when the going gets tough, it is a good idea to do something extra which can make us feel better and do better (it’s also a good idea to do the extra bit when the going is pretty smooth.J )  
Meditation can fill you with lots of positivity, deeply clear your mind and bring a lot of peace. Meditations can have very powerful experiences so meditate with all your heart and experience the wonders.  Ask your Angels or Guides for their divine assistance and guidance. Have faith and you will see how wonderfully things will start to harmonize.

Divination is very healing. Tarot, Astrology and Numerology etc. can bring us emotional peace and motivation. Help us understand why things are happening, pinpoint problems and provide beautiful solutions. My personal experience in my best & worst times with Tarot & Numerology has been really amazing. When I needed someone to guide me to do the right things and make the right decisions. At that time Tarot guidance & my Angels helped me, guided me, kept my energies high and kept me grounded.

Breathing exercises or Pranayama are very calming & relaxing, they also have excellent health benefits.
Music is the most uplifting and inspiring for the mind, body & soul. So listen to some happy, inspiring & motivating music.
Exercise is anyways very important as rightly said “Your body is the greatest instrument you’ll ever own”. Yoga, Aerobics, Swimming are my favorites, they are very refreshing and add a feel good factor to your day.

Most important is to make the choice to act in Love, the feeling will follow automatically.
